1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing, or downloading any file from ARTTECHES.COM, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. ARTTECHES is operated under single-admin management.

2. Digital Product Licensing Types

Unless specified otherwise, purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license based on the product type:

• Standard License: Allows usage in personal projects or 1 commercial project for a single client. Resale or sub-licensing is strictly prohibited.
• Extended Commercial License: Allows usage in unlimited commercial projects, client work, and digital media production.
• Educational & Ebook License: Grants personal reading access across authorized user devices. Redistribution or public torrenting is illegal.

3. Payments & Verification Policy

ARTTECHES accepts Direct Bank Transfers (UBL, HBL, Meezan, Allied, MCB) and Digital Wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, NayaPay, Payoneer). Orders are unlocked immediately upon verification of the uploaded payment receipt by the Main Admin.

4. Prohibited Activities & Anti-Piracy

Users are strictly prohibited from re-selling, re-distributing, hotlinking, or uploading ARTTECHES digital source files to file-sharing clouds or torrent portals. Violators are subject to permanent account termination without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

ARTTECHES guarantees digital assets are tested and virus-free. We provide files "as-is" with comprehensive documentation and dedicated customer support.
