## 1. Overview

ARTTECHES NEXUS is a digital learning and resource repository designed to organize educational courses, lessons, PDF notes, presentations, templates, project files, assignments, quizzes, and downloadable learning materials in one place.

## 2. Main Features

## 3. Repository Structure

Each course should have its own folder containing:

- Course overview and syllabus
- Modules and lessons
- Learning resources
- Assignments and quizzes
- Practical projects
- Instructor materials
- Course metadata and indexes

## 4. Adding a New Course

1. Create a separate folder for the course.
2. Add the course overview and syllabus.
3. Organize lessons into individual module folders.
4. Add relevant notes, resources, assignments, and projects.
5. Verify filenames and file formats.
6. Upload the course using the available repository management features.
7. Test all links and downloads.

## 5. Publishing a Release

1. Select the correct repository.
2. Enter a version tag, such as `v1.0.0`.
3. Upload the complete ZIP package when applicable.
4. Write a release overview.
5. List new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
6. Verify the release package before publishing.

Use `v1.0.0` for an initial release, `v1.1.0` for a minor feature update, and `v1.0.1` for a small bug-fix update.

## 6. Access and Security

- Publish only materials intended for public access.
- Protect paid resources using proper authorization checks.
- Do not include passwords, API keys, private student data, or confidential files in public packages.
- Check licensing and usage permissions before distributing external resources.

## 7. File Naming Guidelines

Use descriptive, consistent filenames, for example:

- `Course-Overview.pdf`
- `Complete-Syllabus.pdf`
- `Day-01-Lesson.md`
- `Assignment-01.pdf`
- `Final-Project-Brief.pdf`
- `Course-Metadata.json`

## 8. Quality Assurance

Before publishing, verify that:

- Required files are present.
- ZIP packages open correctly.
- Download links work.
- Metadata is valid.
- Lessons are organized correctly.
- Paid materials are not publicly exposed.
- Release notes accurately describe the changes.

## 9. Support and Maintenance

Update this documentation whenever repository features, upload procedures, access rules, or release workflows change.
