guided practice.

**[0:00 — INTRO]**

"Assalam-o-Alaikum! I am Ali Akbar Shah — Day 25. Yesterday we got the
client's YES on the Warm Craft direction. Today we build the thing itself:
not a logo alone, but ONE system — logo, color, typography — designed to work
together. This board is what branding clients actually pay for."

**[SCREEN CUE: Show yesterday's moodboard → blank A2 board.]**

**[2:00 — SYSTEM THINKING]**

"A brand is not a logo. A brand is a system that never contradicts itself.
The logo uses the brand fonts. The palette colors the logo. The type scale
rules every headline you'll ever set. One board, five zones: logo, palette,
type scale, usage rules, consistency test."

**[SCREEN CUE: A2 landscape 594 × 420 mm; zone guides.]**

**[4:30 — THE LOGO, VECTOR ONLY]**

"The primary logo: symbol plus wordmark, one lockup. And it must be 100%
vector — Bezier tool, Shape tool — because this mark has to work at 16
millimeters on a sticker and 3 meters on a signboard."

**[SCREEN CUE: Draw the wheat mark live with Bezier; refine with Shape (F10);
F11 Cocoa fill; F12 no outline.]**

**[10:00 — WORDMARK + LOCKUP]**

"Text tool: 'Crumb & Craft', serif bold, 36 point, Cocoa. Under it, 'ARTISAN
BAKERY' — small, uppercase, letterspaced, gold. Group it — Ctrl+G. Now the two
rules that come WITH the logo: clear space — this dashed box, margin equals
the mark's height — and minimum size: 20 millimeters print, 64 pixels digital."

**[SCREEN CUE: Build lockup; draw clear-space box; add min-size note.]**

**[14:00 — THREE-WAY TEST]**

"Every logo faces three trials: tiny — 15 millimeters, still legible? One
color — all black, still works? Reversed — cream on cocoa, still readable?
If it fails any trial, fix the design now."

**[SCREEN CUE: Show the three test versions.]**

**[17:00 — PALETTE]**

"Four swatches. And here is the professional habit: every color gets three
languages — CMYK for print, RGB for screen, HEX for web. Cocoa: 35-65-90-25,
RGB 139-86-48, #8B5630. Nobody eyeballs brand colors after today."

**[SCREEN CUE: Draw swatches; label all three value sets.]**

**[20:00 — TYPE SCALE]**

"Two fonts. That's it. Four jobs: Display — serif bold 36; Subheading — serif
16; Body — sans 10; Caption — sans bold 8, uppercase, tracked, gold. Write it
down as law, because every future design inherits it."

**[SCREEN CUE: Four live specimens with role labels.]**

**[23:00 — DON'TS + CONSISTENCY TEST]**

"Six don'ts, illustrated: never stretch, never recolor, never shadow, never
busy backgrounds, never rearrange, never swap fonts. Then the final exam:
card, sticker, social frame — all from system parts. Do they look like one
brand with no explanation? Then the system works."

**[SCREEN CUE: Don'ts panels; three mini applications; export JPG.]**

**[27:00 — CLOSE]**

"Assignment: the full identity system for Petal & Stem — brief in
Daily-Assignment.md. Tomorrow, Day 26: we package it all — brand guidelines,
mockups built honestly in CorelDRAW, and the client presentation. Allah
Hafiz!"
